You can return your backdrops for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for international orders). Please note, this means we must have your order returned back to us and in our possession, within 14 days of you receiving your parcel. Any orders received back after this 14 day period will be ineligible for a refund, and you will be invoiced in order to have the goods returned to you.

Please note, our largest 4ft X 4ft backdrops are all custom made to order, and are therefore non-refundable.

The cost of your return is your sole responsibility, therefore please ensure you use an insured and trackable service.  We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels and can only refund orders that successfully reach us. 

All backdrops must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any signs of use or damage will discredit your return.

We will look to get your return refunded within a few days of receiving this back to us.
